It notes William Peach move to Newbury, Vermont, and sale of his property (above the junction of Beacon and Norman Streets) to Joseph Brown and Aunt Crease. The remaining information sketches the diaspora of other Peaches to Newbury, Lynn, and Mt. Desert Island. Includes a hand-written copy of the paragraph detailing the history of the house sold to Joseph Brown, and updating the property history to its acquisition by the writer of the note, David F.
