This file contains miscellanious papers concerning elections.
A) A hand written page by Azor Orne titled "Return of Committee chosen to revise the ye Constitution forme of government" dated "May 1780" and "No2 exme." (It is in good condition)
B) A major part of a printed document from The Commonwealth of Massachusetts dated June 29, 1798 titled "An Act in addition to the several Laws Regulating Elections."
C) A warrant to Constable, Samuel Sinclair from Town Clerk William Gilley which contains "a list of those persons who have been chosen into office, at the annual meeting of the inhabitants of this town and of some of whom an oath is by law required"
D) Seven Receipts for printing & advertising and 7 receipts from persons paid for services to the town concerning elections in the 1880's
E) In the 1890's there are:
39 receipts printing, advertising etc. on vendor's forms
20 handwritten receipts for services
46 receipts on Town forms for services
F) Sample Ballots from the years 1896, 1897, 1898, 1899, 1900,1902, 1904, 1905, &1908
G) List of the 1902 Democratic Town Committee and a list of 1902 Republican Town Committee.
H) Eben Parson's resignation from the Playground dated March 10, 1932
I) The list of donations to and expenses of the Bell for Congress Club dated December 1, 1936
