1. An Act granting His Majesty a Duty of Tunnage on Shipping to the Selectmen of the Town, dated 28 November 1746, instructing them to "have laid the said Duty of Tunnage on the several Vessels in your Port, and made Return of the same to myself as the Law directs" Given under my Hand at Boslton - Wm.
