This folder contains: 1. Request to the Selectment of Marblehead by John Gregory and others (Richard Harris, Jonathan Glover, Thomas Gerry, Samuel R. Gerry and John Glover), dated 1783, to schedule a meeting for the purpose of warning residents of the dangers inherent in the return of refugees to town. 2. Minutes of a meeting of Marblehead Selectmen and Overseers of the Poor, October 24, 1793, wherein it was agreed to request payment by the treasurer to Thomas Bowden and Bemjamin Russell, $2.00 each, signed by W. Abraham. 3. Minutes of meeting of Marblehead Selectmen and Overssers of the Poor, August 17, 1793, wherein it was agreed to request that materials be provided to repair the Town House, signed by W.
