This is a single sheet with the title and 54 numbers written in pencil on the front Next to each number is a name written in pencil. The names are written in different hands indicating that each participant wrote his own name. Next to the winners name is the word "prise" The second page is on the back of the front, nothing written on pages 3 & 4. Appears to be done in a hurry. Maybe they had a cake left over.
