The first paper is a bond & contract between George W. Winslow and The Selectmen of Marblehead, with Henry B. Windslow and Peter J. Ballard as surities, to build a road on land of the Town and Erastus Ware & others. It further lays down the conditions for time to finish the road and payments as the road progresses. The title of the paper is Farm Road 1855. The second paper is a contract between the Town and Richard Peach to Widen, Strighting , and grading Front St. and building a sea wall. Dated First day of Sept., 1870. The third paper is a receipt from Richard Peach for the sum of $1349.00 for the work on Front St. and the Sea Wall. The fourth paper is a reciept from Peter Union for the sum of $125.00 for damage caused by the streighting and widening of Front St. The fifth paper is a reciept from Stephen B. Perking for the sum of $25.00 for damage caused by the straighting and widening of Front St. |
