Water Board to Hooper Goodwin for laying water pipes in School Street commencing Sept. 21st and ending Oct. 18th, 1882 for 27 days work-$54.00 3. Water Commission of the Town - pay to the order of Wm. J. Goldthwait the sum of Five Hundred Dollars and charge the same to the account of T. William Harris & Co. 4. Water Com. to T.T, Paine's Freight and Express Line for pipe, couplings, valve castings etc. in the amount of $12.00 on November 22, 1889 5.
